We thought you might like to hear our plans for the brand – there are some pretty big changes on the horizon!  As many of you will already know; our team of two turned in to three in November last year with the arrival of our baby daughter and heir to the BBCO throne.  We’d like to thank you for the messages of congratulations and well wishes – and for persevering through some longer delivery times over the festive period.  We’re very fortunate to have such a loyal customer base.

A new scent is on the way!  The cosmetic safety reports have been completed and signed off so, keep an eye on our socials for the release date.   The Botanist will be available in oil, balm and wash form and is sure to be your new favourite.  It’s a unique scent with a complex blend of exotic essential oils offering the nose earthy undertones with sweet citrus top notes.

You may have notice the subtle changes on the site and the new look labelling on the sneak peak of the Botanist oil.  We are in the process of rebranding; we’ve come a long way since we began in 2014 and the new look mirrors the direction the brand has taken.  Simple and to the point with only the essentials – exactly the way we approach our ingredients for each of our products.  So far we’ve had great feedback from you guys on the new look so we are super excited to unveil the range.

Relocation, relocation, relocation.  Yep, we’re on the move - Glasgow to be exact!  We’ve been bound to our current location for too long, struggling with space, so we are excited to take the plunge and finally open our new unit in June.  We’ll provide more details nearer the time, but we are over the moon to finally have a space to showcase our products to the general public.  Glasgow may seem like a random place to be headed; we are moving to be closer to family. Those of you with children will understand – it takes a village! And while Caitlin is great at multitasking, there’s only so much you can do with a baby on hip.  More space means more product!  We have plans to diversify and expand our current range.  Look out for beard washes in more scents.  Are there any products in particular that you'd like to see?  Leave us a comment to let us know.
